IN2Mortgages was established by Magdaleine Jimenez, who has been assisting clients with their mortgage and finance requirements since 2000.

IN2Mortgages is more than your average mortgage broker. We take the time to really understand our clients. We work closely with our clients to understand who they are: what their short term and long term goals are and what their financial position is.

We know that nothing is out of reach. By gaining a true understanding of our client’s needs and wants we are able to coach them and guide them in the right financial direction for them to achieve their goals.

Whether it is a home loan, car loan, personal loan, commercial loan or any other loan, securing a loan can be stressful. And for some borrowers, it is even more so, because of the wide range of products available. At IN2Mortgages, we are here to make the process of securing a loan simple and easy. With over 60 lenders at our disposal, we are able to secure loans that truly suit our client’s needs from major banks, non-bank lenders and private funders.

At IN2Mortgages, we’re so much more than just low rates. Our passion is with helping our clients through the loan application process, maximise opportunity and grow their wealth. We provide clients with post-settlement support and updates on the latest industry changes. We support our clients to achieve both short and long term goals in both private and commercial sectors by working with them on an ongoing basis to continually monitor and advise about potential opportunities.

The team at IN2Mortgages know how valuable time is and offer the flexibility to meet at a time and place that is easy for our clients. Our office is based in Seven Hills, however we will attend any location that is convenient for clients in the Greater Sydney, Central Coast, Blue Mountains and Wollongong areas. We also offer email, phone and online consultations.
